Two stupid things that really pleased me

Jennifer Bouve -- looking is freeOK, readers of T.O.T. may have no interest in this, but: I am stupidly pleased by two little bits of link love that were bestowed upon this blog recently.

The first is Jon Newton at P2Pnet ’syndicating’ yet another of these posts (originally written for Infoworld.com) called “Everybody’s Got Something To Hide” (except for me and my YouTube). It’s about Viacom demanding user logs that Google really shouldn’t be keeping anyway. Jon also tells me he’ll be posting my anti-RIAA screed tomorrow. Thanks, Jon. Next time I illegally download music files, I’ll be thinking of you.

Note to the RIAA attorneys: That was a joke. I would never illegally download anything. Really.

The second bit of yummy link goodness comes in a comment to a blog entry posted months ago about Eliot Spitzer and his escort problems. (Maybe you heard something about this?) It comes from someone named Jennifer Bouve. And who is Jennifer Bouve? She’s an “International Travel Companion” and — judging by the clothing optional photos on her Web site — a multi-time member of the mile high club.  Two hours of Jennifer’s time will run you $2,000, or you can enjoy a full 24 hours of her company for $6,000 (plus $4k for each additional day, plus travel expenses). Jennifer definitely doesn’t have much to hide, except maybe her real name.

Her companions at the DC branch of Escorts Supermodel aren’t slouches either. I’d bet $1000 that more than one governor, senator, or congressman has experienced a little link love there.
