Major comment spam attack

Over the last 24 hours this blog has been hit with hundreds of comment spams, all trying to drive people to the same site. (Thank god for Akismet, which trapped all but one of them.) I had over 100 in less than a day.

The spam tries to drive you to a porn version of YouTube, where you’re prompted to click on the video screen to watch some allegedly adult content. Thank you but I’m not that stupid. Most likely clicking on that video would prompt you to install a “codec” that is really a Trojan, or it might simply install the Trojan without prompting you. Either way it ain’t good.
Fair warning you y’all — watch out for a spam storm hitting your blogs, if it hasn’t hit already.
